By visiting our website, placing an order, or using Hive Bins products, you agree to these Legal, Safety, and Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or products.

1. Safety Information & Product Warnings

Hive Bins are premium, in-house (Colorado Springs) manufactured storage boxes made from clear FDA-compliant polypropylene, TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) feet, and structural adhesive. They are NOT toys.

CHOKING HAZARD Small parts (latches & TPU feet) can detach if misused. Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision required for all children.

Intended Use For ages 3+ only, with adult supervision. Do not overload (max recommended 5 lbs), expose to extreme heat (>140°F / 60°C), or place in microwave/dishwasher.

Allergies A small number of people may be sensitive to the TPU feet or adhesive. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Risk Assumption By purchasing or using Hive Bins, you accept all risks, including choking, injury, allergic reaction, or property damage. Hive Bins LLC is not liable for any harm resulting from normal or improper use.

2. California Proposition 65 – Precautionary Notice

WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals, including trace substances sometimes used in plastics and adhesives, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

We use only high-quality, FDA-compliant materials and believe our products pose no significant risk when used as intended. This notice is included purely out of an abundance of caution for our California customers. Actual exposure is expected to be well below any level of concern.

3. Terms of Use

Latch colors may vary slightly from images
We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion

4. Warranty & Returns

30-day returns on unused items in original condition
1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes normal wear, misuse, or detached parts)
Proof of purchase required

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products and website are provided “AS IS”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hive Bins LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability = amount you paid for the product.

6. Governing Law

Colorado law applies. Disputes resolved in El Paso County, Colorado.
