30-Day Return Window
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Clean
- In their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Buyer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to start a Return: Contact our support team to begin the return process. We'll provide you with the return shipping address. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in the quality and durability of our products, but we understand that issues can occasionally happen during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please do not return it before contacting us. Instead, contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. For approved claims, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at not cost to you.
Limited Warranty
Hive Bins are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Detached or damaged parts caused by improper use
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
